Honestly, Ph.D. is boring, no
excitement, and no challenges as compared to media. Moreover, I am 31 now,
single, and hopefully I will get married? Imagine by the time I completed Ph.D.
I would have crossed ...... keep guessing. It may take minimum of three to five
years if you are pursuing regular Ph.D. It all depends on your so called
"GOD/GUIDE".
One has to teach compulsory as part
of Ph.D. to gain teaching experience. I was doing it religiously. I feel good
when I am around students and sharing my eight years of corporate and media
experiences.
Honestly, apart from Ph.D. I was
doing everything. I involved with students with so much that I started
counselling them, lending my support intellectually and emotionally. I used to
teach minimum two subjects per semester. Helping them to learn communication
skills, body language, new words, motivational stories etc,.
All said and fine. As far as
financially, I was letting myself down, I used to get only Rs 8,000 UPE (University
with Potential for Excellence) scholarship. That was something striking
me.
In fact, I have to support my
brother in encouraging him to write more books. I have to admit, I spent
quality time in publishing and promoting his books at Dharwad.
Let us encourage innovative
writer. I wish and request you all to purchase books written by him.
1. Adhuri Prem Kahaniya
- The weakness of a man is the strength of a woman
2. Dear Wife, Your Husband is not a
Superhero
3. Second Heart - Co-authored with

Back to DH,
There is an old saying in the
Army "No unit is good or bad, officers make it so - senior officers even
more so."
I re-joined Deccan Herald, on
June 18 Wednesday, 2014. I always wanted to work for Business Bureau,
Bangalore.
Trust me the employees at DH/PV love
me. I was surprised to see the over-whelming response I received. They were
very happy to hear that I am rejoining DH. May be the good will I had with them
when I left the organisation two-years back.
I wish to put my heart and soul in
completing the responsibility assigned to me. I look forward for their valuable
support.
Thanks,
Take care
